Beaver Scouts Meeting Feb 15 – Bring Winter Gear

Happy Valentine’s Day, Beaver Families!

For tomorrow’s meeting, please have your child dress for WINTER. We will be going over appropriate winter clothes and we want to make sure that your child has:

Insulated Winter Boots
Good Winter Mittens
Appropriate Snow pants and Snow jacket
Layers properly
Winter Hat

This is ESPECIALLY important for any youth who are coming this Sunday to the Winter Fun Day, as this is their chance to learn if they need additional layers or different boots.

For those who are NOT going to winter fun day on Sunday, this is important because we are teaching through experience about what makes good winter gear and what is less good.

We will be doing some winter skills tomorrow night working towards the Winter Skills Badge.
