Hi Beaver Families,
This is to notify you that Investiture Ceremony will be NEXT week not this week. The reason for the change is that we do not have enough orange neckers for everyone.
Only one person, a Cub Scout parent, volunteered to sew neckers for 1st Southwest. This week she has to sew 45 neckers. Again, I ask that if ANY of you have a sewing machine and are able to help, please email me. This is a LOT of work for one person.
Our meeting tomorrow will be from 630pm sharp to 730pm. There is no need for parents to stay during this meeting.
Reminder: Be ON TIME or EARLY to pick up your children.

Remember to bring your child’s weekly Popcorn Sale amounts for the Yellow Popcorn Sheet as we have buttons to collect and a prize draw. Show&Sell popcorn will be handed out this week.
Thanksgiving Family Hike: Saturday October 7 (Belcarra, Port Moody) – a great way to get outdoors on the long weekend with your family! We need 8 youth to register to go ahead with this hike. We will email to confirm if it is going ahead on Friday Evening by 9pm.
