Annual General Meeting –

All parents and Scouters are invited to attend. We are required to have an AGM, this also impacts our ability to receive a Community Gaming Grant which pays for a significant amount of our annual scouting expenses. The AGM is normally held during our February Baden Powell Banquet, but due to COVID we have not had that meeting in 2021. Therefore, please support and attend our Virtual AGM on Monday, October 4th at 6:30 PM. Latecomers happily admitted.

Leadership renewal

Hello Fellow Scouters

I hope you all had a great summer. It is now time to start thinking about the upcoming scouting year. It looks like we will have a lot of challenges again this year. Our first challenge is to make sure all of our leaders have renewed their membership. You should have received an email sometime since August 9 directing you how to do this. Some of you have already done this but some have not. Please have it done by August 31 so I can approve your renewals. Looking forward to seeing you all at the zoom meeting on September 7.
