On Saturday October 8 our sponsor, Jubilee United Church is having a food drive.We are very fortunate having them as a sponsor and we should do our best to help them out. If you can, please stop by between 11 AM and 2 PM and make a donation. Please wear your uniform so the church knows the Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers are supporting them. Drop off your donations at 7591 Gray Ave.

They are particularly looking for:

Canned meat

Canned or dry beans

Brown rice

Peanut butter
Tea and Coffee
Snack foods

Canned fruit

Hello Beavers and families,

We have a great opportunity to visit Science World this Saturday November 27th!

This event will be open for Beavers and their families (siblings, parents/guardians) to attend together. We will meet at 10am and stay together until 12pm. We will be visiting the featured Backyard Adventures Exhibition. At the end of our session, families can choose stay at Science World and explore independently, closing time is 5pm. They have recently re-opened the White Spot restaurant if you choose to stay for a meal after our meeting.

Please reply with the following information by 6pm Wednesday:

-Names of each person attending, and ages of all children

-Cell number of each adult attending

On Saturday:

-Beavers and their siblings should pack a snack (no nuts) and a water bottle

-We will meet outside the main entrance at 9:50am, we must enter as 1 group at 10am

-If you are running behind, please text Scouter Rosa at 604.687.6534

-There is No Cost for entrance tickets for Beavers, siblings, or their parents (as long as you register for this activity by replying to this email)

-All people 12 years and up will be required to show proof of vaccination and ID for those 19 years and up

-All Beavers and family members 5 years and over must wear a mask
